Privacy Policy for Serafim Technologies Inc. Websites and Applications

Serafim Technologies Inc. (“Serafim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and protect information when you use Serafim websites, mobile applications, products, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• websites operated by Serafim, including https://serafimgaming.com/;
• mobile applications developed or operated by Serafim Technologies Inc., including Serafim Console;
• other Serafim applications, products, and online services that reference or link to this Privacy Policy.

Different Serafim products may provide different functions and may process different categories of information. Where appropriate, product-specific practices are described below.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the website, application, device, region, and features you use, we may collect or process the following categories of information.

Information You Provide

You may provide information when you create or sign in to an account; contact customer support; submit a contact form; send feedback or inquiries; request account or data deletion; or connect a supported third-party service.

This information may include:

• name or display name;
• email address;
• account identifiers;
• information contained in support requests or correspondence;
• other information you voluntarily provide.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our websites or applications, certain technical or usage information may be collected automatically, depending on the service and your device settings.

This information may include:

• device type;
• operating system and version;
• application version;
• browser type;
• language and region;
• IP address;
• device or application identifiers;
• crash and diagnostic information;
• application usage information;
• network and connection information;
• website usage and navigation information.

Serafim-operated websites may use cookies, Google Analytics, and similar technologies to:

If you contact Serafim through a website form, email, customer-support channel, or other communication method, we may collect information such as your name; email address; the content of your inquiry; device or product information relevant to your request; and attachments or other information you voluntarily submit.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide support, investigate issues, and improve our products and services.

4. Serafim Console

Serafim Console is a companion application for supported Serafim gaming controllers and related products.

Depending on the platform, region, device, and application version, Serafim Console may provide features including:

• controller detection and configuration;
• controller testing;
• device information;
• firmware updates;
• gameplay screenshot and recording functions;
• video editing and exporting;
• game-related information;
• account authentication;
• third-party service integrations;
• other gaming-related utilities.

Serafim Console processes information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the selected features.

5. Google Sign-In

Serafim Console allows users to sign in using a Google Account.

When you choose Sign in with Google, we may receive information made available through the Google Sign-In process, including:

• Google Account identifier;
• email address;
• name;
• profile photo URL.

We use this information to authenticate you; create or identify your Serafim Console account; provide account-related functionality; maintain account security; and operate and support the service.

Serafim Console does not currently request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google content as part of the Google Sign-In process.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Account information for advertising purposes. Our access to and use of information received from Google APIs will comply with applicable Google API Services User Data requirements.

6. Firebase and Google Services

Serafim Console uses certain Google and Firebase services to provide authentication, analytics, diagnostics, messaging, cloud data storage, and security functionality.

Firebase Authentication

Firebase Authentication may be used to authenticate users and maintain account-related functionality.

Google Analytics for Firebase

Google Analytics for Firebase may process application usage and technical information to help us understand how features are used and improve application performance and usability.

Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports, diagnostic information, device information, and application information to help us identify and resolve technical issues.

Firebase Cloud Messaging

Firebase Cloud Messaging may be used to provide push notifications where notification functionality is enabled. Push notifications may not be actively sent at all times. Users may manage notification permissions through their device settings.

Firebase Realtime Database and Cloud Firestore

Serafim Console uses Firebase Realtime Database and Cloud Firestore to store and synchronize limited account-related information, including:

• user account identifier or UID;
• subscription status;
• applicable subscription expiration date.

These services are not currently used to store additional personal profile information.

Firebase In-App Messaging

Firebase In-App Messaging may be used to display contextual messages within the application where this functionality is enabled. In-app messaging campaigns may not be active at all times.

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA may be used to help protect account and authentication functionality against spam, abuse, fraud, or automated activity.

7. VK ID

Certain Android versions of Serafim Console support VK ID as an authentication method.

If you choose to sign in using VK ID, VK may process authentication-related information according to its own privacy policy and terms. Serafim Console may receive limited account information necessary to authenticate you and provide account-related functionality. VK ID is not integrated into the iOS version of Serafim Console.

8. Twitch Integration

Serafim Console may allow users to connect to Twitch or use Twitch-related functionality.

If you choose to connect your Twitch account:

• authentication is performed through Twitch’s authorization process;
• Twitch may process information necessary to authenticate your account;
• Serafim Console may receive limited account information or authorization tokens necessary to provide the requested integration.

Your use of Twitch is also subject to Twitch’s own privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your Twitch password through the standard OAuth authorization process.

9. WeChat Integration

Certain Android versions of Serafim Console distributed through Serafim-operated websites may support WeChat integration.

Where you choose to use this functionality, WeChat may process authentication-related or other information necessary to provide the requested integration according to its own privacy policy and terms. WeChat integration may not be available in versions of Serafim Console distributed through Google Play.

10. Gameplay Media and User Content

Serafim Console may allow users to:

• capture screenshots;
• record gameplay video;
• edit video;
• export video;
• share content selected by the user.

Unless otherwise clearly disclosed for a particular feature, screenshots and gameplay recordings used for local application functionality remain on the user’s device.

If you explicitly choose to share, upload, or transmit content through a third-party service, that service may process the selected content according to its own privacy policy.

11. Controller and Device Information

Serafim Console may process information about compatible Serafim hardware connected to your device, including:

• controller model;
• firmware version;
• hardware status;
• configuration information;
• diagnostic information.

This information may be used to detect compatible hardware; provide configuration functionality; perform controller testing; provide firmware updates; diagnose technical problems; and improve device compatibility and product performance.

12. Advertising

As of the Last Updated date of this Privacy Policy, Serafim Console does not display third-party advertising.

If advertising functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and applicable app-store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate.

13. Subscription and Billing

Subscription purchase functionality is not currently enabled in Serafim Console.

Certain account systems may retain historical or account-related subscription-status information, such as subscription status and expiration date.

If subscription purchase functionality is enabled again in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable platform privacy disclosures as necessary.

14. How We Use Information

We may use information for purposes including:

• providing and maintaining our websites, applications, and services;
• authenticating users;
• managing account-related functions;
• supporting Serafim hardware;
• providing firmware and software updates;
• diagnosing technical problems;
• improving application and website performance;
• analyzing feature usage;
• responding to customer-support inquiries;

• communicating important service, support, or security information.

We will not use personal information for materially different purposes without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.

15. How We Share Information

We may share information only where reasonably necessary to operate our services, fulfill user requests, protect our services, or comply with applicable law.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for functions including authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, security, customer support, and application distribution. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us and in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Third-Party Services Selected by the User

If you choose to connect Serafim services with a third-party service, limited information may be exchanged as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful requests; protect the rights, property, or safety of Serafim, our users, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or enforce agreements or legal rights.

Business Transfers

If Serafim is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

16. Sale of Personal Information

Serafim does not sell Google user data.

Serafim does not sell personal information in exchange for direct monetary payment.

Where applicable privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, we will provide any notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out rights required by law.

17. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:

• unauthorized access;
• unauthorized disclosure;
• misuse;
• alteration;
• destruction;
• loss.

However, no website, mobile application, network, transmission method, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

18. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide our services;
• maintain user accounts;
• fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
• comply with legal obligations;
• resolve disputes;
• maintain security;
• prevent fraud or abuse;

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

19. Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their Serafim Console account directly within the application.

Users may also submit an account and personal-data deletion request at https://serafimgaming.com/dels-serafim-console-data/.

After receiving a deletion request, Serafim Technologies Inc. may require verification of the request. Verification may take up to seven (7) working days.

After verification, we will process the deletion or anonymization of applicable account and personal information and notify the requester of the outcome.

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations; maintain security; prevent fraud or abuse; resolve disputes; or enforce agreements.

20. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Where a Serafim product or service is specifically intended for younger users, we will apply appropriate protections and comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us.

21. International Data Processing

Serafim operates internationally. Depending on the services used and the location of service providers, information may be processed in countries or regions other than the user’s place of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

22. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

• request access to your information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion;
• request restriction of certain processing;
• object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

23. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Our websites and applications may contain links to, use, or integrate with third-party services. These may include services provided by Google, Firebase, Twitch, VK, WeChat, and other providers.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage users to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services they choose to use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products or services; changes in data-processing practices; new technologies or integrations; legal or regulatory requirements; or platform requirements.
