Thank you for choosing Serafim! We want you to be delighted with your Serafim S3 Cloud Gaming Controller. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your controller for a refund or exchange.
Return Window:
- You have ten days from the date of purchase to return your Serafim S3 Cloud Gaming Controller for a full refund.
Eligibility for Return:
- The controller must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.
- The customer must return the controller in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- The return must accompany a copy of your sales receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used controllers are not eligible for return.
