Serafim Console App and Existing Subscription FAQs
The current Serafim Console app is free to use. A membership, paid subscription, or free trial is not required to access its available features. Some functions require a compatible Serafim S3 controller or other supported equipment.
If you subscribed to Serafim Console in an earlier version, you can check or cancel that existing App Store subscription in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your Serafim Console account. The current app does not require a subscription to continue using its available features.
If Serafim Console does not appear in your Apple subscription list, check that you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. For billing questions, contact Apple Support.
