How Long Until I Receive My Refund or Replacement?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt. You will also be notified whether your refund or replacement has been approved or rejected.

If your warranty replacement is approved, your replacement order will be processed, and you will automatically receive an order confirmation.
REFUND REQUEST
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment automatically, making the process hassle-free for you.
Depending on your bank’s processing time, the refund may take 5-30 business days to appear in your account. If you haven’t received the refund after 30 business days and still see the original charge on your account, we strongly recommend contacting your bank for more details. Your bank is there to assist you in these matters.
