Returns and Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Serafim! We want you to be delighted with your Serafim S3 Cloud Gaming Controller. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your controller for a refund or exchange.

Return Window:
You have ten days from the date of purchase to return your Serafim S3 Cloud Gaming Controller for a full refund.
Eligibility for Return:
The controller must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.
The customer must return the controller in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
The return must accompany a copy of your sales receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used controllers are not eligible for return.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible for return.
Items purchased from unauthorized retailers do not qualify for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with Serafim customer support by email at sales@serafim-tech.com.
A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning your controller.
Once we receive your returned controller and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within ten business days.
Refunds:
We will refund the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs for the return shipment will be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges:
You must place a new order if you wish to exchange your controller for a different product. We will then process a separate return for your original controller according to the above return policy.
Warranty:
A limited warranty covers the Serafim S3 Cloud Gaming Controller against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. For more details, please refer to the warranty information included with your controller.

We reserve the right to modify this return policy without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for updates.
