My Package Status is “Delivered” but I Haven’t Received It
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, try the following steps:
- Check with Others: Ask family members, neighbors, coworkers, a building manager, or an apartment office if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Look Around: The carrier might have left your package in a hidden spot near your door. Search places like the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Review your tracking information for any noted locations.
- Wait Period: During peak delivery times, packages may show as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive.
USPS Package
If USPS shows your package as delivered, you need to contact USPS directly to file a missing mail search. To expedite the process, submit a service request via email here.
FedEx Package
If FedEx indicates your package is delivered, contact FedEx directly to file a claim. Visit fedex.com, go to Support, and then File a claim.
